Well hello there my fellow travel lovers… More insider experiences and tips from my recent stay with the Four Seasons Seattle. While at the hotel, I had the pleasure of partaking in my favorite weekly tradition – Sunday Brunch.
Enter the lobby area of the hotel where you will be greeted by open fireplace flames, soft leather chairs and a sleek modern ambiance of fellow brunch goers enjoying the hotel’s premier restaurant, the Goldfinch Tavern. With a variety of classic brunch options and some fancy fare, any palate will be satisfied at the Goldfinch Tavern. My photographs below feature a few “brunch highlights” including the half shell oysters, ahi tuna crudo, cheddar burger, lemon ricotta pancakes, the Goldfinch breakfast sandwich and… wait for it… warm homemade cookies and milk. Grab your Bloody Mary, sit back and enjoy an inside peak at one of Seattle’s finest brunch destinations.
Goldfinch Tavern offers local shellfish, a top-notch burger, steaks, and classic appetizers alongside modern Pacific Northwest dishes. Located in the Four Seasons Hotel with sweeping views of Puget Sound, Goldfinch Tavern is a celebration of the region.
Although not on the menu, but pictured above, be sure to ask for the “off menu specialty” fig and goat cheese toast. Reserve a table by the window to catch glimpses of Puget Sound and an occasional seagull or two flying on by. I hope you enjoyed this mouthwatering feature and find your way to the great city of Seattle sometime soon. Until the next sweet escape, ladies.
